Take a deep breath and give yourself permission to relax.
Are you stressed out? Are you always in a hurry? Do you worry about things a lot? Does your mind race when you should be asleep? Does your heart pound, your stomach lurch or your hands feel ice cold?
If any of this sounds true for you, it may be that the needs of the outside world have reached too far into the inner world of your mind and your physical body.
As a biofeedback therapist for most of the last two decades, I have worked with people who were stressed, rushed, anxious, fearful, procrastinating, sleepless, nervous, worrying, depressed, fearful of surgery or healing from surgery, injured, sick or in pain.
These people, people like yourself, learned stress management ideas and deep relaxation to successfully deal with their stress problems. With only the desire to change their suffering, many found that it also transformed their lives.
If you feel stressed, I encourage you to leave your pressing concerns behind for a few moments and take a small excursion into the world of stress management.
Use this site to learn about stress and how to cope with it so you can prevent stress from injuring your body. When you learn to relax your body you regain control of your self and your life. You can find true peace of mind when you allow yourself to relax within!
Enjoy the journey.
