Life Changes Survey

Too many life changes have been associated with diminished health. It doesn't matter if the change is good or bad, what matters is the readjustment or adaptation that the change requires. Marriage and vacations, both considered good changes, still cause us stress.

Some life changes have a more severe effect than others, so they are given a higher number value. Check the boxes for events that you've experienced in the last year. Press the 'Finish' button for your total score and an evaluation of your stress due to life changes.
